Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Creative Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Creative Services Manager to join our team.

    This is a virtual position. A virtual position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. As a virtual employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client working, team meetings or training.

    YOUR ROLE.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Produce digital creative assets ranging from sales collateral and infographics to event materials, webpage and social media assets, and advertising campaigns, meeting brand standards across all projects.
    • Build creative briefs by engaging stakeholders and making design recommendations.
    • Conceptualize outputs, using storyboards when appropriate, based on the creative brief and brainstorming sessions.
    • Assign work among internal graphic design team and contractors and oversee the production from initial input to development, reviews, and final production while staying on budget.
    • Coordinate approvals of concepts/storyboards and final outputs in an efficient manner, seeking actionable input through the process.
    • Manage graphic design operations, while identifying opportunities for improvement and tools to support graphic design operations.
    • Manage an image library and visual resources in the firm’s digital asset management tool.
    • Coordinate any printing needs with printers by reviewing proofs and serving as a liaison between printer and internal stakeholders.
    • Stay on top of market trends and the competitive landscape to inform design recommendations.

    YOUR EXPERIENCE.

    The successful candidate will have:

    • 2 – 3 years’ experience as a manager.
    • Demonstrated experience in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects.
    • Advanced experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
    • Strong design aesthetic in layout, composition, typography, and color usage.
    • Experience in video editing/animated video creation and motion graphics.
    • Some experience in HTML or CSS or front-end design.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Experience project managing multiple projects of varying scope simultaneously.
    • Ability to make recommendations and present ideas clearly to all levels of business and marketing leadership.
    • Experience in developing design templates for non-design Marketing and Sales teams’ use.
    • Ability to conceptualize ideas and rapidly turn concepts into dynamic graphics that meet the goal of the project.
    • Strong attention to detail to ensure brand compliance in all areas of production.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent quick-turnaround needs.
    • Ability to work independently.
