Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Summary of Position:
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for managing a group of 7-10 Salespeople and 1-2 Marketing team members. They are responsible for creating and managing sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, strengthening Creative Energies’ referral network, garnering new business, creating and implementing sales strategies, and supervising the Marketing Team. Our current Technical Solar Sales Team is composed of solar experts who maintain a depth of knowledge about residential, commercial, and off grid solar. This position will receive direct technical and design assistance from a designated technical support team member. A strong candidate for this position excels at learning in a fast-paced, technical industry, and has along with a strong sales and management background. As a member of the Leadership Team, the Sales Team Manager will help shape company-wide goal setting and decision making in addition to overseeing the Sales and Marketing departments.

Individuals work 8-hour days Monday thru Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, with Fridays as the designated work-from-home day. Occasional travel including out-of-state and overnight will be needed for training, team member meetings and to support Creative Energies sales and marketing across the three locations: Salt Lake City, UT, Lander, WY, and Laramie, WY.
Approximately 5% of the time will be spent traveling for sales work, meetings, and training.
