Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced social media professional with 3-5 years of agency experience to join our team! This role is responsible for managing the organic paid social presence and overall strategy for designated clients, creating short and long-form content, including social media posts, sales/landing pages, and email campaigns/sequences. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing projects and being a liaison for larger initiatives.
This position is a hybrid, part-time position with the opportunity for growth. Applicants must supply their own computer and a secure internet connection to perform job responsibilities.
Candidates must be located in Central New York and can work in person with our Utica, NY-based team as needed. Agencies, business owners, virtual assistants, and out-of-state applicants will be automatically rejected. Work samples or a portfolio are strongly preferred when applying to this position.
