    Job Summary:

    As a Credit and Lease Finance Manager, you will oversee the credit and leasing functions within the finance department at Fraza. You will be responsible for managing the relationships and equipment leasing process, selecting and evaluating 3rd party leasing partners, evaluating the creditworthiness of customers, managing the life cycle of lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your role will involve supporting the sales and finance teams, analyzing financial data, assessing risk, and making informed decisions to optimize the company's credit and leasing strategies.

    Principle Responsibilities:
    • Assess the creditworthiness of potential customers by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.
    • Review credit applications and make decisions regarding approval or denial of credit.
    • Negotiate lease terms and conditions with customers and/or lessors.
    • Manage the customer leasing process from start to finish and work with our sales and finance teams maintain appropriate timing to optimize cash flow.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with lease agreements.
    • Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with credit and leasing activities.
    • Develop strategies to mitigate credit and leasing risks.
    • Monitor credit and lease portfolios to identify emerging risks and take proactive measures to address them.
    • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry standards related to credit and leasing.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in credit and leasing operations.
    • Implement internal controls and processes to uphold compliance standards.
    • Prepare regular reports on credit and leasing performance, including delinquency rates, portfolio quality, and profitability.
    • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Coordinate with sales team on lease end strategies for customer’s equipment and needs.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

    Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • 4 years’ experience in credit analysis, leasing, or related financial roles.
    • Material handling or dealer financial experience preferred.
    • Strong understanding of financial statements, credit principles, and risk management techniques.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
    • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
