Essential FunctionsLead strategic marketing initiatives for Ent's credit card portfolio from inception through onboarding, activation and engagement to usage and reactivation.Work with internal and agency partners to understand member needs and preferences; maintain pulse on evolving market dynamics, consumer trends and competitive dynamics to ensure the Ent program achieves and maintains top-of-wallet consideration.Oversee marketing program performance across all phases of the credit card lifecycle; focused on continuous and relentless optimization to drive portfolio performance, own the go-to-market plans and lead cross-functional teams from conception through creative development and execution.Partner with product & business lines to ensure successful program launch as well as ongoing member-focused enhancements.Collaborate with the marketing leadership team in developing a world-class marketing team while evolving to support Ent's long term growth vision.Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.QualificationsMinimum Formal Qualifications level II:Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business Administration or related field5 years' general marketing, business or related experience1 years' team leadership or management experience2 years' marketing communication messaging for an online service (preferred)3 years' experience in marketing financial service products or companies (preferred) Minimum Formal Qualifications for Sr.:Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business Administration or related field7 years' general marketing, business or related experience4 years' demonstrated success in leading consumer direct program strategy including acquisition, engagement and retention2 years' in a team leadership role including experience managing direct-line reports2 years' experience in marketing financial service products including experience marketing credit cards (preferred) Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa.
