Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering sewer maintenance projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, for sewer maintenance projects.
2. Resource Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project requirements are met.
3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
4. Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets regulatory standards and project specifications.
6. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for project personnel and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in sewer maintenance or related infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of sewer systems, maintenance techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
