Manages a group of credit analysts and approves requests for credit extensions based on analyst recommendations. Being a Credit Analysis Manager may personally handle larger/more complex accounts. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Credit Analysis Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Credit Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Credit Analysis Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BRANCH MANAGER INCLUDES:
- Providing strong leadership and development to the team within their branch
- Performing a wide range of transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with high accuracy.
- Offering financial solutions to members.
- Assisting members with all financial needs.
- Managing operational functions within the branch including loss control, compliance, and member retention and audit standards.
- Taking loan applications and process/close them independently and accurately.
- Opening new accounts and cross-sell all products and services.
- Keeping accurate records of all transactions.
- 4-year college degree in Business Administration, Finance, or another business-related field
- Additional experience may be considered in lieu of meeting education requirements
- 5 years of experience including branch operations and a combination of experience in lending, deposits, and teller duties.
- All candidates must be eligible to be licensed to sell all necessary insurance products
- Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and member service skills
- Supervisory experience is a huge plus
- Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Travel
- Travel is rarely necessary for this position.

- All work will be performed at our Sulphur Branch located at 150 S Cities Service Highway, LA 70663
