    To assist with the operations of remote Credit Union facilities in the absence of a Branch Manager or in partnership with a branch manager. Ensuring that the branch meets operational, sales, and service goals. Coaching and developing the team as acting manager. Serves as a branch representative on projects and procedural items.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coaches, directs, develops, motivates, and disciplines branch personnel; assists with performance evaluations when needed and recommends appropriate personnel actions.
    • Monitors branch operating results relative to established objectives and ensures that appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
    • Maintains communications with main office; prepares and submits standard reports; attends scheduled management meetings.
    • Cross sell Credit Union products and services.
    • Monitors all branch activities to insure they are in compliance with established credit union policies and procedures.
    • Serves as Membership Officer.
    • Serves on projects to provide branch perspective and assist with user acceptance testing.
    • Assist with writing and revising procedures.
    • Serve on the branch opening team to help establish new locations.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.


    EXPERIENCE
    : Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
