    Credit Analyst

    In your position as Credit Analyst at Silvaris, you play a vital role in our financial health by assessing creditworthiness, managing risk, and fostering strong customer relationships externally and internally. You will be responsible for reviewing and releasing sales orders, posting customer payments, performing in-depth financial analyses, and assisting our sales team with collections. This position offers an opportunity for a highly motivated and analytical individual to contribute to our company's success and build meaningful connections with key stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accounting
    • Post customer payments.
    • Complete customer account reconciliations as needed.
    • Assist Traders and Customers with determining and executing best payment options.
    • Identify opportunities for increased efficiency, participate in planning and implementation.
    • Credit Risk Management:
    • Analyze credit reports, and other data to assess creditworthiness and determine risk levels for potential customers.
    • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk and ensure the company's financial stability.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Collaborate effectively with Traders manage financial aspects of sales orders and minimize potential exposure. Assist Traders with collections.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, proactively addressing concerns and resolving order-related issues.
    • Foster trust and transparency by communicating clearly and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Processing credit applications for new customers by building their credit file which will determine credit worthiness, payment terms, and potential line of credit.
    • Assist sales with managing new orders and finding solutions that promote sales while minimizing risk.
    • Participate in projects and initiatives as assigned.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong computer skills across a variety of programs.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
