Reporting into Treasury, the Credit Card Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, assessing, auditing all flight crew and corporate employee travel expenses, travel arrangements, aircraft fuel and biweekly reimbursement processes. Report audits are done daily to ensure financial compliance to mitigate and minimize risks, look for opportunities to improve current business processes and report any findings to management.
The credit card analyst will complete various tasks related to the general administration of the overall corporate card program. These include new user set up, card issuance, data reporting and analysis, department card spend administration and analysis, and past due follow-up correspondence. Employee training on card usage and expense system report submission will also be conducted by the credit card analyst. The credit card analyst may be asked to assist or lead implementations and projects related to the credit card program or policy from time to time.
