ROLE:
The Financial Needs Analyst meets with team members to understand their personal financial strategies and struggles and determine what they are looking for in order to live within their means while still working towards their financial goals. The Credit Union believes if our team members are looking for types of financial services or assistance, then our members are searching for them as well. We are looking for a facilitator who is experienced at engaging individuals or families, enjoys outreach, can create effective relationships and draw logical conclusions based on a myriad of information gathered along with recommendations for next steps in product offerings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Experience: Six to twelve months of similar or related experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, marketing research, marketing or related field.
Interpersonal Skills: Must be a people person, someone who can ask questions and listen to answers. Need to be able to determine what information is important in order to share with others and create a plan for execution upon approval. Needs to know how to meet staff where they are, make conversations meaningful, personal and appropriate to the task. Must be able to use logic to evaluate conversations and make recommendations.
