About the Job:
Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated/out of the box strategic thinker with a strong analytical background. Turning numbers into a great story, displaying channel/product trends, user behavior, untapped opportunities. This individual will be responsible for all Gift Card activation and redemption reporting, while also maintaining/improving our Customer Support pillar with potential supporting tasks within Operations. This individual should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, savvy with excel, collaborating with internal/external parties, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
The Gift Card Analyst Role is responsible for generating regular Gift Card reports to communicate key metrics, trends, and insights. Along with maintaining Customer Support Inquires to improve business operations and fostering positive customer experiences. This role drives impact across the Taco Bell business through in depth analytical strategic thinking to drive future decision making. The Gift Card Analyst will report to the Senior Digital Manager.
The Day-to-Day:
- Analytical guru to run Gift Card Activation Reports for all areas of the business. Gathering relevant data from various sources and analyzing it to drive meaningful insights. Diving into data displaying by channel/product trends, patterns, potential opportunities to help drive future decision making.
- Collaborate with our insights team to get a deeper understanding on Gift Card user behavior (redemptions) analyzing customer behavior related to Gift Card purchases, redemptions, and usage to provide insights for marketing strategies and engagement effort.
- Interface and be comfortable with various reporting dashboards. Ability to consolidate data to form clear and understandable formats through reports and charts.
- Manage/resolve daily Gift Card Customer Service inquiries to create best experience for our customers. Escalate inquiries as needed to resolve issue in a timely matter with appropriate teams, including but not limited to: Mobile and Accounting teams for cash out, check requests, merchant voids, replacements, card history, etc. Find ways to improve customer facing/customer agent communication to lesson inquiries.
- Collaborate with various internal/external teams as needed to fulfill tasks (via email or participating in meetings): Accounting, Insights, Customer Support, Archway, Gift Card Processor, etc.
- Assist with additional projects to support the Gift Card Program as needed and bandwidth allows. Some examples include, but not limited to exploring area for process improvements, assisting with Franchisee support inquires (ex: new location setups, transfers, account changes), and Gift Card inventory management.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field or equivalent professional experience
- 3 years' experience within an Analytical role performing high level data analysis
- General understanding of working with large data sets and creating insights to share with stakeholders
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail & outstanding time management skills
- Ability to prioritize, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Advanced knowledge in excel, ability to interpret data, and sharing clear concise reporting to internal teams cross functionally
