Your specific duties will include:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls regarding collections and billing inquiries.
- Review and analyze customer accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and set up repayment plans if the consumer cannot pay their balance in full.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial matters
- Process payments and update account information accurately
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong math skills for accurate calculations
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
