Skybox Breaks is a growing brand in the online breaking community and an important branch of the Skybox Collectibles company. Our goal is to build a team of streamers and breakers who will work together to provide the same quality experience online, while driving sales and customer engagement.

We are looking to hire an experienced marketing and merchandising individual that has a sports background or a genuine interest in sports or sports cards. This position involves interacting with customers and providing entertaining marketing content through camera-facing live streams.

Responsibilities Include:

• Engage with online customers via livestream to create in-the-moment and repeat buyers specifically by showcasing Sports Cards (required) and other various TCGs / collectibles (preferred)
• Ability to bring energy, passion, and knowledge of sports into the daily streams
• Showcase, protect, and ship valuable sports product professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with in-house marketing team to grow the live audience while strengthening the company's overall brand
• Marketing breaks/online listings as well as seeking out more customers
• Research players, sports, releases, checklists, breaker market and costs so we can make profitable decisions as well as inform customers the best we can

Requirements:

• A knowledge of sports, sports current events, and sports cards - while eager to continue learning about the collectibles hobby
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to show constant authenticity and entertainment
• Comfort with being camera-facing for an online live audience ranging from 50-150 people
• Strong ability to adapt in the moment during a constantly changing environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be a team player who is able to gauge the effectiveness and responses of their interactions with customers and colleagues
• Self-motivated to go above and beyond for customers and with colleagues
• Streaming Experience/Personality
