Job Summary : The main responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative are to receive customer calls, provide customer service by receiving and inputting orders;

working with existing customers to offer additional products and assist customers with complaints.

• Provide quality customer service.
• Receive incoming existing customer calls.
• Input orders from existing customers.
• Work with established customers to identify other product offerings including generic, chain generic, custom, event, and co-branding areas.
• Assist with customer complaints.
• Assist inside sales representative with usage calls, preparation of sales materials (sample pack, flyers, postcards, etc.

and other items as needed.

Assist with tracking of appropriate chain reports as outlined by supervisor.

Qualifications :

• Two years' experience in customer service or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Prior phone sales experience preferred.

Education :

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Ability to read and understand instructions in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter
• Organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in use of a personal computer including Microsoft office applications
• Team-oriented
