    The Credit Card Manager is responsible for managing and providing service and support for Bravera Credit Cards.

     

    Measures of Success

    1. Become a trusted advisor for Bravera’s credit card program, effectively communicating product benefits to employees and customers. Research credit card related products and services to develop a growth plan for the credit card department.
    2. Effectively managing a department of prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all customers of Bravera via credit card calls and email requests.  
    3. A strong, self-starter who promotes teamwork and open communication within the department and with all subsidiaries of Bravera.  Mentor staff for continued growth and success of the department by providing relevant training and education on credit card products.  

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for soliciting, developing and maintaining profitable card services account relationships with business and consumer customers.
    2. Conduct annual needs analysis, and oversee on-going maintenance of accounts to ensure customer needs are met by providing service and support for all digital banking products
    3. Responsible for measuring and reporting card services customer profitability and recommending pricing, product, and service structuring.
    4. Responsible for maximizing processes and delivery of services as they relate to card services functions including the development and documentation of policies and procedures, recommending operational changes and staying abreast of applicable industry regulations.
    5. Responsible to promote a positive and collaborative environment that supports teamwork and excellent customer service throughout the organization. Earning and maintaining respect and trust of people. Display honesty, integrity, and morality.
    6. Will serve as an advisor to staff regarding card services and provide relevant training and education. As well as sales support services by working closely with all bank personnel to identify cross-selling opportunities. Including preparing and presenting customer proposals for business development opportunities.
    7. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera Holdings Corp.
    8. Must maintain a thorough understanding of all digital banking products and features and effectively communicate and sell benefits to customers.
    9. Adhere to all banking rules and regulations, policies, and procedures related to digital banking compliance and overall safety and soundness. Proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.
    10. Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees and organizations.
    11. Confidentiality and professionalism must be maintained at a high-level for all customer and employee issues and information.

    Qualifications

    1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
    2. Experience: 3 years of banking experience; OR an acceptable combination of education and experience.
