Additionally, Credit Card Operations Clerk typically reports to a supervisor. The Credit Card Operations Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. OPERATIONS CLERK – CHARLESTON SERVICE CENTER (CHARLESTON, WV)
We are currently recruiting in our Charleston Service Center, Charleston, WV, for an Operations Clerk.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Enters timesheets into timekeeping system.
- Updates information in Company mapping system.
- Assists with customer collection activities.
- Updates customer information service records.
- Orders supplies, classifies invoices, and performs other clerical duties.
Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years related experience; an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college may be considered in lieu of experience.
- The ability to successfully deal with customers and work in a team environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; data entry accuracy; and ability to analyze information.
- Proficiency with various computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Preferences:
- An Associate’s degree in related field.
