Credit Card Operations Clerk jobs in Galveston, TX
Credit Card Operations Clerk controls the issuance and renewal of credit cards by the organization. Maintains inventory of blank cards and sends cards to be imprinted as needed. Being a Credit Card Operations Clerk verifies names and account numbers on cards and mails completed cards to customers. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Credit Card Operations Clerk typically reports to a supervisor. The Credit Card Operations Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Job Summary:
Provides entry level, basic technical support of desktop computers, thin clients, applications, and related technology.
Job Duties:
- Respond to requests and problems including installing, monitoring, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware, software, and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.
- Interact with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop, laptops, MACs, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
- Troubleshoot trouble tickets to resolve basic technical problems with desktop computing equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic printer trouble calls.
- Provide customer assistance using directory services and remote access tools.
- Assist with hardware troubleshooting on desktop computers, laptops, MACs and thin computers.
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and as needed.
