The Production Team Member is responsible for accurately processing and verifying customer orders according to client specifications using the Production Machine. The Team Member will examine, count, and record product while maintaining quality control.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Ensure adequate inventory of materials and customer products in accord with inventory cycles and to CPI planning.• Conduct inventory analysis, creates and manage inventory control procedures to solve inventory issues.• Coordinate the flow of materials from one site to another through the inputs from Planning and Scheduling.• Prepare and deliver product to the production lines• Operate dock truck, hand jacks, powered jacks, forklifts, and other powered industrial trucks.• Assist with other miscellaneous material handling/inventory tasks and/or projects (i.e. setting up racking).

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred); 
• Work experience in a production environment within the last 2 years,
• Basic computer skills, and numeric sequence organization.
• Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary.

Preferred Skills: 

• Manufacturing experience with mechanical ability

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Previous warehouse experience
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with RF Scanners
• Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to details.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Schedule Flexibility to meet business demands.
• Strong attention to detail
• Fork truck experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred, ISO familiarity.
