Credit Card Operations Clerk jobs in Poughkeepsie, NY

• At least 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a mortgage/lending environment
• Knowledge or experience with lending or mortgage processes is desired
• Associates degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with lending/mortgage software is a plus

• Assist the borrower from initial loan disclosure until the loan is assigned to a Processor
• Order and take payment for appraisals and titles
• Disclose all new loans to borrowers within acceptable time frame
• Assist closing with imaging closing packages and reviewing documents
• Manage mortgage filing system
• Run daily reports to monitor loans
• Process payments and refunds for appraisals
• Conduct Post Closing QC Audits and Prefund Audits
• Sort and distribute all departmental mail
• Provide additional support to the processing and closing departments as requested

Pay: $18.25 - $22.75 / hour, based on experience
