We are seeking a well-organized, resourceful candidate for the position of Leasing Renewal Representative to work in our New York portfolio. The primary function will be to assist the Lease Renewal Manager with all aspects of the renewal processes. Job responsibilities will entail:

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare, complete and track lease renewal offers and renewal leases
• Handle lease rate negotiations
• Coordinate tenant transfers
• Promote positive resident relations with exceptional customer service
• Track lease expirations, move out reasons and gather feedback from residents
• Provide assistance regarding lease renewal information to residents
• Resolve tenant lease questions or issues

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required
• The ideal candidate would have 2 years of administrative experience in residential real estate and/or property management
• Experience with Yardi is preferred'
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft Suite
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Detail oriented, excellent time management and organized
