We are currently hiring for an Operations Clerk in our Cincinnati branch. Any experience in the sign, screen printing, or digital printing fields is a plus!

Daily job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Scan product as received and put away according to appropriate bin location.
• Pick and package product according to customer specifications as noted in the RF scanner.
• Verify the correct product and quantity was picked by reviewing the paper order and checking each line picked.
• Review the product for appropriate condition to be sent to the customer. Replace any damaged product.
• Pack orders so the minimum box count is achieved.
• Verify customer specifications when shipping products.
• Operate a stand-up and sit-down forklift. Must maintain certification.
• Always use the RF Scanner technology when moving a product in the warehouse.
• Be available to be the back up person in counter sales to assist customers as needed.

Required Experience:

Required experience:

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical equations related to the job.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50 to 70 pounds without assistance and to work in a fast-paced environment requiring walking and standing for several periods during the day.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Experience with RF bar-coding/scanning in a warehouse environment a plus!
• Forklift sitting and/or standing experience with certification preferred.
