The Time Card Clerk audits employee time-worked and assures information is properly recorded and coded.  

This position works onsite in our Guatemala office, full time and primarily Monday-Thursday and every Sunday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST.  However, there could be times where hours/days worked could change pending business need.

Position Responsibilities 

• Reconcile Customer Success Associate timecards daily.
• Audit billing rates and compare against timecards.  
• Access company resources provided to accurately reconcile timecards/billing.
• Assist with month end billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Identify internal timecards/billing needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Potential to assist the Workforce or Customer Success departments if the need arises.
• Perform other duties as assigned, management reserves the right to assign or reassign functions and responsibilities to this job description at any time.
