The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:
Operations Trainer is responsible for the development and communication of operation-related training (i.e.: CRD, Collections, Payment Processing, Bankcard, Transaction Services, etc.), to ensure company standards are met and maintained, including the highest standards of customer service in the industry. This individual will work with management to recognize and communicate areas that require training to ensure proper adherence to company processes, procedures, and all regulatory obligations. The operations trainer will also help motivate department staff to achieve productivity goals. Supervises and measures trainees' performance and assists Unit Managers with developing and monitoring associate efficiency, as required.
