Marshall Community Credit Union (MCCU) is offering an exciting employment opportunity for an experienced full-time Member Experience Specialist in our Coldwater Branch.

What the job entails :

• Acting as the face of the organization and first point of contact for members.
• Working with our awesome members to open accounts, perform financial transactions, and provide lending solutions that best suit the needs of the member.
• Using your robust understanding of MCCU products and services and your ability to build a strong relationship with our members, you'll help them utilize the right products to achieve their goals.
• Continuously promote the MCCU mission of partnering with members for financial success through service, solutions, and education.

Is this you?

• You have a high school diploma or GED.
• You have three to five years of similar or related experience.
• You are a helpful and contributing individual who enjoys a team-driven environment.
• You build and maintain a positive rapport with members.
• You are self-driven and motivated to meet your goals.
• You enjoy following established procedures where completing all steps of the work is important.
• Bonus : You're bilingual (and if so, you'll be compensated accordingly).
