    What will you do?

    At ZSmart Furniture we provide our community with the BEST ways to purchase new items for your home. We offer retail, same as cash, rent-to-own, and financing! You will provide customers access to high-quality goods that are only offered at ZSmart Furniture. You will do meaningful work and make a difference in our customers' lives by assisting them to achieve complete ownership of their merchandise. Assist your team by taking the second in charge position. Assist in the training, and development of all positions in the company.

    Daily activities include:

    Credit and Collections: Positively influence customers to achieve ownership of their merchandise. Emphasizing communication, and ultimately collecting on accounts in a way that is successful with the customer, and the business.

    Customer Service: Provide friendly, expert customer experiences. Be able to look at all situations from the customer point of view. Seek the best solutions available.

    Deliveries & Pickups: Opportunity to get out of the store and display yourself as a willing leader by showing that no tasks are more important than the customer needs.

    Merchandising: Help maintain a thriving store atmosphere with organized product and cleanliness.

    Service: Assist in the communication, scheduling, ordering, and sometimes assembly needed to keep customer’s merchandise performing well at home.

    What are the minimum requirements?

    *1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience

    *Experience in the rent-to-own industry is highly preferred

    *Be a key holder, and assist in responsibilities with opening, and closing the business day

    *High school diploma or equivalent

    *Valid state driver's license and good driving record

    *Ability to operate the company vehicles

    *Ability to lift and move all product available

    *Great communication and customer service skills
