Credit Solutions ManagerThis position is responsible for preserving the Credit Union’s assets by controlling delinquent accounts, collecting delinquent loan payments and/or recovering collateral; hiring, scheduling, training, and monitoring the work of other Collectors; disposing of repossessed collateral. - Three to five years of similar or related experience
- A two-year degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing or training

- Strong interpersonal communications; able to be a mentor and coach to team
- Ability to respond to issues that are sensitive in nature with discretion and discern the best response, often with multiple courses of action
