    Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Assistant Card Manager to work in our Rexburg Administrative Office. This position assists in directing the daily operations of the Card Services department and balance card-related general ledgers. The position works 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. The expected pay is $20.87 per hour, DOE.

    Job Description

    • Works closely with the card manager to train and monitor the card department; allocates resources to meet operational needs within the card department.
    • Prepares and balances card-related reports and accounts. Manually posts corrections to members' accounts and general ledgers.
    • Maintains and orders supplies for card-related equipment.
    • Provides members with information and direction regarding their card status, requests, payments, and rights and obligations associated with the card; processes member requests for charge-backs according to established policy.
    • Assigns credentials to employees for essential platforms.
    • Performs other duties as assigned and performs all duties in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act. Works at or attends community events as assigned. Strives in all that they do to enhance the member experience at BFCU, including actively engaging in needs-based cross-servicing.

    Qualifications

    • One year to two years of similar or related experience
    • A two-year college degree, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
    • Must possess good communication skills. Must be trustworthy, accurate, and feel comfortable with multiple software and data processing systems.

    Physical Requirements

    Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.

    Working Conditions

    Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled private office with minimal noise.
