As our Commercial Loan Operations Manager, you will oversee the servicing, closing, and processing of the commercial and residential construction lending portfolios and will be responsible for leading the administrative employees within the department. This position will also manage processes and procedures within the department to ensure efficient workflows and to help achieve strategic objectives and goals for the department.
You’re the person responsible for creating a positive member experience by ensuring solid oversight. It’s important that you maintain a high level of confidentiality, security, and safety. Communication with internal and external members is an important aspect of this role.
