POSITION: Operations Specialist - Card Services
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Strong focus on servicing internal and external members through the card holder dispute process, including fraudulent ATM/POS/Visa transactions, within regulation guidelines and deadlines. In addition to dispute processing, this position oversees fraud reports, travel notifications, maintenance of plastics stock, frontline team member support, and assists in plastic card projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Troubleshooting and researching skills to resolve disputes and support frontline staff. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to perform repetitive work with accuracy and efficiency. Strong verbal and listening skills, in-person and via the telephone. Good conflict-resolution skills with frequent use of good judgement, reasoning, patience, and negotiation in solving members' problems. PC-proficient, including keyboarding skills, in a Windows environment.
STARTING SALARY: Minimum $21 per hour, Depending on Experience.
