You will oversee and manage enterprise-level systems and IT operational activities. In this role, you will oversee the strategic planning, procurement, implementation, protocols, and management of enterprise-level Information Technology solutions used by Sound Credit Union and the associated IT operational activities. The IT Operations Manager position requires a strategic and forward-thinking leader to support the Sound Credit Union IT department by looking to the future and actively seeking robust enterprise solutions, both cloud and on-premises architecture, and the rollout of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) to enhance service delivery, minimize manual tasks, and continue our focus to implement the right tools and solutions to provide secure and accurate benefits to our members. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates, which allows us to offer merit-based salary increases.
Minimum: $124,000.00
Midpoint: $155,000.00
Maximum: $186,000.00

A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
