Credit Card Operations Supervisor supervises the credit card operations department staff. Responsible for day-to-day operations in one or more areas, including card issuance, interchange processes, and merchant deposit processing. Complete miscellaneous functions and assist with other credit card responsibilities as needed.

Assumes responsibility for the accurate entry of credit card payments.
Assumes responsibility for accurately changing address on accounts.
Assume responsibility for imaging and filing all documents pertaining to credit cards with accuracy.
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Bank personnel and with management.
Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Educations/Certification:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Required Knowledge:
Strong Word and Excel skills needed.
Able to master new computer programs and systems.
Accurate typing skills.
Knowledge of Windows XP.
Able to use 10 key and telephone and other basic business equipment.
