  • The College Credit Plus (CCP) Coordinator of Operations position is a key data and operations position within the College Credit Plus Office. This position is critical to ensuring that CCP student information for state billing, state compliance reporting and school partnership data sharing is accurate and timely. This role will also work with the School Partnerships High School Administrator Portal. This position is also key to the daily operations of the office and managing the influx of required documentation supporting the application process, approving and troubleshooting student applications, building course rosters and registering students, and timely reporting to internal departments and gathering data to disperse to our community and high school partners.

    The salary range for this position is $55,674 – $74,232 and is determined commensurate with experience.

    Principal Accountabilities
    Work within the School Partnerships High School Administrator Portal to include the following:
    • Working with information in the Portal
    • Adding and deleting users as needed
    • Review any needed reminders and announcements for high school partners
    • Ensure each high school page has the appropriate logo’s and data
    • Provide training for both internal and external users

    Management of High School Tasks:
    • High school counselor application approval system
    • Course Building Information
    • Course Rosters/Student Registration
    Management of CCP Data Analytics:
    • Ensure high school portal views are generating properly and operating correctly
    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with the CCP Coordinator of Pathways during peak times of application processing, student registration and billing periods to ensure that information is processed accurately and timely
    • Manage data corrections for CCP state billing
    • Prepare the CCP Data reports for school districts and prepare any Sinclair data reports in addition to the Admin Portal VA screens when requested by school partners, or CCP Leadership

    Requirements
    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Minimum of 3 years work experience in database management, Client Relations Management systems, or related field required
    • Experience in higher education preferred
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated evidence of excellent customer service skills required
    • Ability to demonstrate utilization of technology to support students, create reports, and track student progress required
    • Ability to organize and synthesize data for decision making purposes required
    • Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks, while maintaining attention to detail, and meeting deadlines required
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical work practices required
