Credit Card Operations Supervisor supervises the credit card operations department staff. Responsible for day-to-day operations in one or more areas, including card issuance, interchange processes, and merchant deposit processing. Being a Credit Card Operations Supervisor trains credit card operations staff and assists with the development and implementation of credit card operations and policies. Responds to inquiries from customers and banks regarding operational issues. Additionally, Credit Card Operations Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Credit Card Operations Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Job Responsibilities- Determine staffing requirements and facilitate the hiring process; coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of move crew
- Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory
- Lead mover/driver training; responsible for team development and motivation
- Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all Department Of Transportation regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration guidelines
- Serve as the “on-call” contact outside of normal business hours
- Complete performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction; oversee damage resolution process
Job Requirements- High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
- Driver’s license with good driving record
- Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to customer service and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK core values
- Physical stamina to assist with lifting/carrying 100 lbs. or more
- Proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and random drug screens
Work is generally performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards, however, occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds may be necessary. Local travel in a company vehicle may be required. - 22 Days Ago
