Courteously and promptly resolve customer questions and problems or properly refers them to appropriate personnel. Completes related record, reports, and documentation. Complete miscellaneous functions and assist with other credit card responsibilities as needed.

Assumes responsibility for the accurate entry of credit card payments.
Assumes responsibility for accurately changing address on accounts.
Assume responsibility for imaging and filing all documents pertaining to credit cards with accuracy.
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Bank personnel and with management.
Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

Educations/Certification:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Required Knowledge:
Strong Word and Excel skills needed.
Able to master new computer programs and systems.
