PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
The Assistant Manager shall be responsible for assisting the Manager in the overall management of the daily operations of the credit union.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
1. Maintain effective communication with membership regarding services and policies.
2. Serve as loan officer and a member of the credit committee.
3. Maintain records and summaries of daily transactions.
4. Perform daily operations of new accounts, new loans, withdrawals, deposits, etc.
5. Review all loan folders to insure all required documentation is properly filed such as titles, insurance, security agreements, etc.
6. Provide quarterly financial statements, newsletters and other educational information to representatives.
7. Responsible for the daily operation of the credit union in the absence of the manager.
