Responsible for managing marketing coordinators and partner agency while positioning, planning and executing high quality campaigns and creative assets to drive member growth, effective market reach, and member satisfaction. Will be accountable for budget development and maintenance, media buying/planning, market research, and measurement metrics. Comprehensive knowledge in content and digital marketing, inclusive of multimedia campaigns and social media delivery. Excellent interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams with strong financial/business acumen with strong written and presentation skills aligned with FirstLight’s strategy, policies, and core values.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum three (3) consecutive years of progressive marketing experience (financial experience preferred).
Minimum three (3) years of media buying and planning experience and digital media.
Minimum of three (3) years’ managerial experience.
