Position Description/Responsibilities

• Oversees bill freight invoices
• Faxes invoices to prompt pay accounts
• Generates credit memo requests
• Submits various credit trade tapes
• Works with Customer Service to resolve deductions/disputes
• Assists Credit Managers with new account process – pulling reports and obtaining credit references
• Interfaces with customers, sales reps, and credit managers to communicate and resolve issues
