First Class Community Credit Union is seeking a reliable, energetic, and out-going candidate for a full-time floating Member Service Representative (teller) position at our office at 303 Euclid Ave. First Class Community Credit Union offers a great work environment and full benefits!

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide outstanding service to our members with a positive attitude and ownership.
• Accurately process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wire requests, ACH requests, etc.)
• Assist members in person, by phone, or e-mail.
• Promote credit union products and services
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist in branch balancing.
• Answer questions and solves problems for members by listening to their issue, collecting data, securing answers and reporting results to the inquiring party.
• Assisting our call center with inbound member calls.
• Floating between our two branch locations based on branch needs.
• Other Duties to be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Money handling experience is preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate)
• Strong computer skills and ability to operate standard office machines needed to perform the job such as computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
• Enjoy working with people
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Minimum High School Graduate
• Must pass a background and credit bureau check.
• Dependable and Trustworthy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
