    Commercial Credit - Florida

    Examines, underwrites and evaluates loans in several industry segments and larger and more complex transactions. Approves or recommends approval of customer applications for lines of credit, commercial and industrial loans, real estate loans (multifamily, commercial, and construction), by performing the following duties.
    In this position, you will:

    • Analyze and assess applicant financial status, strengths, credit, industry, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan
    • Spread financials and perform projections and/or proformas as well as sensitivity analysis
    • Review and assess supporting reports related to the transactions, such as appraisals, environmental, inspections, field audits, plan and cost reviews, etc.
    • Work with Portfolio Manager and Relationship Manager to obtain necessary information. Give Relationship Manager feedback on issues and negotiate potential structures and resolutions
    • Manage multiple deals at the same time. Go on joint calls with Relationship Manager
    • Approve loans within specified limits or refer loans to person with appropriate lending authority for approval
    • Cross train other analysts, support prescreening of new deals
    To be considered, you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other relevant major from four-year college or university
    • Seven to ten years related experience
