CREDIT RISK MANAGER develops and implements policies and procedures that reduce credit risk for a financial institution. Manages the building of financial models that predict credit risk exposure to the organization. Being a CREDIT RISK MANAGER oversees the preparation of performance reports for management. May require a master's degree. Additionally, CREDIT RISK MANAGER typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The CREDIT RISK MANAGER manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     Outside Sales- Market Area Manager | Dealer Relationships

    About this Position:

    • Market Area Managers work within their assigned geographic territory in the field. Residence within or near this assigned territory is required.

    Responsibilities:

    As a sales representative for Credit Acceptance, you will be provided with continuous training to help you achieve success within your assigned territory. Responsibilities in your area will include:

    • Prospecting automotive dealerships to enhance business development outcomes
    • Account management & client services to build a strategic and consultative relationship with customers
    • Running a territory with entrepreneurial drive and dedication similar to a small business owner

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum travel of 80% in the market
    • Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • A valid driver's license, insurance and registration
    • Occasional overnight travel, less than 10%

    Preferred:

    • Knowledge or experience in auto finance or retail operations of automobile dealerships
    • Existing relationships with dealers in the defined territory

    Targeted Compensation:

    $103,500 Base Salary Uncapped Monthly Commission
