Our Universal Relationship Officer (Banker) position is the Customer Ambassador for the financial institution with the overall purpose of providing quality and efficiency to customers, often through digital or electronic interfaces. The Universal Banker is responsible for conducting teller transactions and cash vault transactions in an accurate and timely manner. The incumbent is also responsible for the sales and servicing of all bank products and services. The incumbent works with the operations and sales team to achieve personal goals in the areas of deposit growth, business relationship growth, and consumer relationship growth. The incumbent also maintains current knowledge of competitor products, services, and current promotions. The incumbent is also responsible for providing operational support and exceptional customer service while maintaining essential controls and safeguards.

EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and advanced keyboarding and ten-key skills.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: A high school degree or equivalent.
FULL Time Position
Starting Wage: $21.19 - $23.68
Full Wage Range for Position: $19.94 - $29.92
Eligibility for employment is dependent on bondability, background and credit check.
