Credit and Collections Clerk jobs in Elkhart, IN

• Adhere to provisions as set forth in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 
• Provide professional, courteous and efficient customer service over the phone 
• Monitor and contact customers with delinquent and overdraw accounts to achieve solution to bring the account current 
• Conduct research and implement solutions on accounts

Basic Qualifications Include:  

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two-years banking experience preferred
  
• Proficient in filing, data entry and research 
• High school level accounting and basic understanding of bank accounting transactions 
• Intermediate proficiency using Word, Excel, Access and Outlook 
• Bilingual preferred

Hours: 

• Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00
