Weekly email statements to select customers
Contact customers via email and phone for payment status and work out payment agreements
Special monitoring of large accounts and other accounts as required
Review of drop ship accounts and discrepancies
Weekly review of customers over their credit line
Daily review of shipments against credit line and AR balance
Daily review of payments made by credit hold customers to see if they can be taken off hold
Experience in the Credit and Collections field is required
Furniture experience is preferred
Must be able to use various computer programs Word, Excel, Outlook
