SALARY:
Pay will be set using NCUA's compensation policy based on the duty location for which you are selected. The salary range shown is NCUA's Local Pay Rate (LPR) which shows the minimum of the CU-14 for the Kansas City area (lower locality) and the maximum of the St. Louis, MO duty station (higher locality). EXCEPTION: If you are a current non-supervisory NCUA employee and are selected for reassignment into a supervisory position, you may receive up to a 10% salary increase, not to exceed the National Pay Rate (NPR) of the pay grade. Management will consider your current salary in relation to the duties and responsibilities of the new position.
