Internship Overview:

Our internship program is designed to invest in the future generation of talent. This eleven-week program is centered around the principles of continuous learning, financial stewardship, building relationships, and community involvement, striving to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our interns and the communities we serve.

Credit Administration Intern Position Summary:

As a Credit Administration Intern, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for leveraging and optimizing the nCino platform within our organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the configuration, administration, and utilization of the nCino loan origination system, contributing to the efficiency of our lending processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to end-users in navigating and utilizing the nCino system.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for system users.
• Participate in enhancement testing activities to ensure the reliability and functionality of the nCino system.
• Support the communication and training of new system releases.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Collaborate with other team members from Credit Administration and other departments such as Risk and IT on various nCino related projects.
• Build relationships both internally and externally through community outreach and events.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in information technology, finance, business, or another related field.
• Demonstrated interest in computer programming or coding is a plus.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of banking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
