Credit and Collections Director leads the overall credit function. Designs and implements processes to improve cash flow and reduce receivables. Being a Credit and Collections Director develops policies regarding the investigation of customers, extension of credit lines, and collections. Consults with current and future clients regarding their level of credit. Additionally, Credit and Collections Director oversees the negotiation and course of action taken for overdue accounts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Credit and Collections Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Credit and Collections Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     RCH is an authorized contractor for Spectrum Cable currently looking for part-time and full-time Collections Agents for Spartanburg, SC and the surrounding areas. We are able to provide as much work as you are able to take on whether you are looking to do this on the side or start your full-time career at RCH. Immediate openings are available! No experience is necessary, and we offer paid training. Our Collections Agents are responsible for driving to the customer’s home in order to pick up equipment (routers, modems, cable boxes) from Optimum customers.

    Equipment Pick-Up Representative Qualifications:

    • Must have a clean & reliable vehicle
    • Must have current vehicle insurance for at least the minimum limits with you listed as a driver.
    • Must have current vehicle registration to match the insurance coverage
    • Must have a valid Drivers’ License; satisfactory driving record required
    • Must be willing and able to communicate with the Local Manager on a daily basis
    • Applicants should have a neat and clean business casual appearance.
    • Abide by all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations (including any COVID-19 related guidelines/mandates)
    • All applicants must meet the minimum requirements determined by our clients
    • Availability to work evenings up to 8:00 pm at least 3 days per week. Must be available to work some Saturday mornings as well.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Paid Training
    • No experience necessary
    • Bi-weekly pay & direct deposit
    • Guaranteed hourly rate with performance and production bonuses
    • Compensation is between $17-$25 per hour
    • No limit or cap on commissions
    • Medical Benefits are available to those employees that qualify as full time equivalent

    Job Hours:

    • Full time
    • Second shift (evenings up to 8:00 PM)
    • Some Saturdays
