Principal Responsibilities
Acquire and Maintain Customers
Act as a customer liaison who resells the benefits of timely rental/lease agreement renewal payments
Assist in managing store personnel; may direct activities of one or more employees
Compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes
Decipher, prepare and review store reports
Ensure company standards for renewals, delinquencies and store collections are satisfied
Manage customer accounts

Prolonged driving and standing
Must be able to work in and outdoors in a variety of climates and weather conditions
General Qualifications
Minimum 2 year total combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge are
acceptable. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
o Associate degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management
o Two years’ experience in retail or other business emphasizing customer service, account management,
sales or merchandising
o Two years on the job experience in management or comparable military experience
Ability to work Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8am and 9pm
Overtime may be required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR) required
Ability to successfully pass company background check, substance abuse test, and acceptable reference check
from previous employers
