The qualified applicant must be able to assume responsibility for effective and professional performance of collection functions. Strong communication skills, organizational skills, product education and the ability to build strong relationships are necessary. The selected candidate will be responsible for meeting production goals, handling outbound and inbound calls with members, be able to maintain a working knowledge of Credit Union collection policies as well as State and Federal laws and regulations, communicate effectively with members in resolving financial difficulty as well as communicating effectively with other staff members.
