Oversees the processing and verification of applications for credit and the solicitation for payment on overdue accounts. Ensures collectors follow all protocols, laws and regulations to collect payments efficiently. Additionally, Credit and Collections Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Position Summary
Collect payment on past due accounts by reviewing customer aging timely, maintain the credit hold spreadsheet and customer notes in the Get Paid system, and assist with customer disputes/refunds as needed. Business to business collections.
Objective
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies, short payments, and unapplied/unknown payments.
